Continuing Education Requirements
The Practice Matters, LLC ("The Practice Matters") provides continuing education programs that are designed by lawyers for lawyers. Continuing education requirements vary from state to state. Our programs are eligible for credit in Arizona, where we are based, which does not pre-approve CE, and most states that allow online CE and self-study programs. Some programs focus on ethics. Some programs focus on practice management, time management and/or techniques to practice law more effectively or efficiently. Some programs, such as LawYoga, are designed to promote a healthy lifestyle, reduce stress and increase the ability to handle challenges and therefore may prevent or reduce substance abuse. All programs are designed to improve the practice of law and the lives of lawyers. Please check with your state bar for individual requirements.
